Yes i stock-still the problem u will have to get in account settings north delete your contour account and create a new one.

I was getting that error bulletin whilst trying to extend my ea access subscription.  After nigh 5hrs of calls with ea and microsoft a tech from xbox support confirmed that you lot accept to let the ea subscription run downwards earlier adding a new ane. This policy was introduced by ea a couple of months ago.

If you get this bulletin terminate immediately! I got the message trying to renew my gold that expired in a couple weeks and if I purchased now I got it off 33%. I received "Something went wrong our end. Try again later." I did and so and got the same bulletin. I contacted back up they tried to help and attempted to renew it them selves and got the same message. The next 24-hour interval my banking concern called and Micrsoft had taken almost $320 out of my bank account! Weeks later after telling me a refund would exist given inside 24-72 hours i am all the same dealing with Microsoft well-nigh getting my coin refunded and my xbox live is expiring in a few days...they will tell you they are doing an investigation. At that place should be no investigation about refunding money to people when the bulletin and employees told you to attempt once again...
